Flooded Basement in Tacoma, WA

This flooded basement was the result of a burst pipe overhead. When we arrived on site, the basement was flooded with 4 feet of water and the power was off. Notice the extent of the damage to the walls and floors. Once the customer's belongings were carefully packed out and removed from the basement, we removed all of the affected materials. After four days of drying, the demo was complete, all affected materials were dry, and the basement was ready to be put back together. The customer was so thankful that we were able to remove the water and their belongings and dry out the basement in a week.
