Here at SERVPRO of University Place / Lakewood West like to help our customers stay a little bit safer with some helpful information. Let’s talk about how to stay safe this 4^th of July.

1. Keep your pet away from firework.
2. Never try to take apart or create your own fireworks.
3. Don’t try to light more than one firework at a time
4. Don’t point fireworks at places, people, or even objects.
5. Do not let children handle fire works
6. Always keep a fire extinguisher close
7. If a firework doesn’t work, do NOT try to relight it.
8. Keep a supply of water close by.
9. Whomever is lighting fireworks should wear eye protection
10. Store fireworks in a safe, dry, cool area.
